Data Center Solution

A Data Center is a secure, high-performance facility designed to house servers, storage, and networking equipment. It provides reliable power, cooling, and connectivity to ensure continuous operation of critical IT systems and digital services.

Native Technology International

A Data Center is a purpose-built facility that houses an organization’s critical IT systems, enabling the storage, processing, and distribution of data and applications. It is the backbone of today’s digital infrastructure, supporting cloud computing, enterprise systems, communication platforms, financial transactions, and more.
Data centers are engineered to deliver high performance, reliability, availability, and security—making them essential to both global corporations and local businesses.

Core Components of a Data Center

A modern data center integrates a wide range of systems. The key components include:

1. IT Infrastructure
This is the heart of any data center and includes:
  • Servers – Handle processing of data and applications
  • Storage Devices – Hold massive volumes of structured and unstructured data
  • Network Switches and Routers – Enable data transfer between internal systems and external networks\
2. Power Systems
To ensure uninterrupted operation:
  • Main Power Supply from the utility grid
  • Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for temporary backup during outages
  • Backup Generators to sustain long-term operation in case of utility failure
  • Power Distribution Units (PDUs) to deliver power to racks and IT equipment
  • Redundant configurations (N+1, 2N) for fault tolerance
3. Cooling and Environmental Control
Electronic components generate heat, which can damage systems without proper cooling:
  • CRAC/CRAH units (Computer Room Air Conditioning / Air Handling)
  • Hot aisle / cold aisle containment to improve airflow efficiency
  • Humidity control and air filtration systems
4. Network Infrastructure
For internal communication and external access:
  • High-speed fiber optic and copper cabling
  • Redundant Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
  • Firewalls and load balancers for traffic management and protection
5. Security Systems
To protect physical and digital assets:
  • Physical Security: CCTV surveillance, biometric access, security personnel, mantraps
  • Cybersecurity: Firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), encryption, and access control lists (ACLs)
  • Environmental Monitoring: Smoke detectors, fire suppression systems (FM200, Novec), water leak detectors
6. Monitoring and Management
Data centers are monitored 24/7 for optimal operation:
  • DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) software
  • BMS (Building Management System) and EMS (Energy Management System)
  • Remote and on-site operation teams for real-time response
